Shipping
We will do our best to ship within 72 hours of payment being posted. International Shipping Charges International orders are shipped using Posted Italia, EMS or UPS. It takes 4-10 days for delivery. (International shipments may incur duties or other taxes) Order Tracking UPS Tracking information will be sent for Asia shipments. International orders are shipped using Posted Italia, EMS or UPS.
Returns Policy
Viner Asia will accept returns, within 30 days of the purchase, as long as the goods are returned in unused and unopened condition and reach us within 10 days of return notice. Many of our products are offered with free shipping. Please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. You will also be responsible for shipping the merchandise back to us. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Exchanges are handled without restocking fee. Incorrect Items If you have received an incorrect item it may be returned for exchange or refund. In an instance where an incorrect item has been received Viner Asia will pay for the return shipping. Warranty Items
Please note that manufacturers warranties DO NOT cover shipping costs and these are normally paid by the consumer. In genuine warranty cases Viner Asia will ship the repaired product or replacement product free of charge to the customer.
